As part of the mobile app development, over 20 user scenarios were carefully crafted and tested, resulting in more than 50 designed screens. The app offers customers seamless access to essential services such as refuelling, repairs, tyre fitting, and car washing — all bookable in just a few taps.

By eliminating the need for in-person scheduling and travel, the app significantly boosted user satisfaction and drove a measurable increase in service visits. A holistic approach to UX design helped ensure strong customer engagement and long-term brand loyalty.
