Automating the turnover of mobile phones and SIM cards of employees
Creation of a unified mechanism for tracking the life cycle of mobile devices as part of the corporation's work with more than 45,000 employees and 112 shops across Russia.
The Solution
Creation of an automated programme complex
As part of the task, a software package was created, which, in conjunction with internal HR management systems and reports from mobile operators and authorised service centres, allows tracking and maintaining the history of mobile phone availability, the history of repairs, as well as changes in mobile numbers (linked to the department) for each employee.


The Result
Full automation and control over the turnover of mobile devices
As a result of the work, a fault-tolerant system for circulation of mobile devices and numbers was set up, which has been in use for 5 years.
All processes of mobile devices and numbers circulation related to the company life cycle (including hiring, dismissal or promotion of employees) as well as to the life cycle of the devices themselves were set up:

Creating a shared database of company phones and numbers;

Create mechanisms to retrieve unallocated phone and number balances;

Replacement of non-damaged phones or sim cards within the company's current rates;

Record and monitor the receipt of repaired phones into the company's general phone database;

Control of withdrawal and write-off of unusable or lost phones, as well as lost SIM cards.
