A single eco-system for hiring employees

We are proud to present a project we have developed to create a unified ecosystem for hiring employees. The platform united three leading brands: Sportmaster, Demix and Urban Vibes. The main task was to develop a unified system capable of centrally managing recruitment processes for all three companies, while ensuring an individual approach to each of them.



Process automation
We implemented a solution that automated all stages of recruitment - from candidate search and selection to employment. This significantly reduced the time and resources spent on recruitment.
Centralised management
The created ecosystem provides a centralised management of recruitment processes, which simplifies interaction between HR departments of all three brands and ensures consistency in approaches to recruitment.


Personalised approach
Despite the unification of processes, we have retained the ability to adapt the system to the unique needs of each brand, which allows us to take into account the specifics of their business and corporate culture.
Increased efficiency
By implementing our system, companies have been able to significantly improve their recruitment efficiency by improving the quality of hire and reducing the time it takes to process applications.
The implementation of the project provided Sportmaster, Demix and Urban Vibes with a powerful tool for hiring management, which not only optimised current processes, but also became the basis for further growth and development. We are proud to have been able to make a significant contribution to the success of these brands by providing them with reliable and qualified staff, as we have been working together since 2007 and we appreciate it very much.
