The task was to design a digital tool for TSUM’s unique personalization service, allowing customers to customize luxury products when ordering online. The process had to be fast, intuitive, and effortless.

We developed a minimalist and user-friendly customization interface that allows shoppers to personalize products in seconds:

Select where to place initials (inside or outside the item).

Choose the format (with or without dots).

Pick the color and application method (gold, silver, or embossing).

A final preview ensures customers feel confident in their choices before completing the order.
